For one of our subsidiaries, we need a leader to take charge of the team involved in recording, reporting,
analyzing, monitoring and controlling transactions as basis for management action and directions of operations.
The qualifications are:
1. Must be CPA with a thorough knowledge and experience in complying with local and national government
regulations.
2. Must have practical expertise in applying the accounting discipline in helping operations attain competitiveness,
profitability and efficiency.
3. With at least 5 years experience in Accounting preferably in the manufacturing, construction or trading industries.
For our holding company, Filipinas Multi-Line Corp., we need a young leader to take charge of the efficient
and judicious application of funds (particularly in providing accurate data, finding opportunities and executing
programs that derive optimal output from the application of limited company resources) and returns and increasing
the profitability of the group. The qualifications are:
1. A graduate of Management, Engineering, Economics from reputable schools and proficient in Mathematics
and Accounting.
2. With a minimum of 5 years experience in financial management, control and policy-making.
3. Firm, highly motivated and motivating and can work round the clock to ensure compliance by operations of
financial programs.
A. Project Engineers: At least 1 year experience in construction project management is required.
Computer literate. Knows how to drive.
B. Estimators: Experience in construction projects is an advantage. Knows CAD operations.
Proficient in Math subjects.
C. For Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. we need graduates of EE, ECE, ME, or IT.
D. For Multi-Line Systems, Inc. we need graduates of CE or Architecture.
E. Intensive training to be provided.
A. Needed as Sales Consultants for Multi-Line Systems, Inc. and Sales Engineers for Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc..
B. With at least 2 years sales experience in the construction industry.

A. Credit and Collection or management of receivables collection.
B. Auditors: Minimum experience of 1 year. Knowledge in Peachtree Accounting System is an advantage.
C. Inventory Accounting Assistant: Minimum of 1 year experience. Knowledge in Peachtree Accounting System
is an advantage.
A. Loan Consultants: Must be 25 years old and above. Willing to do field work. Good communication skills.
With work experience preferably in sales. Hardworking and committed to succeed.
B. Loan Processor: Must be proficient in MS Office. Good communication skills. Hardworking and committed to succeed.
C. Both positions are needed in EverFirst Loans Corporation.
A. Driver: At least High School graduate. Two years of college is an advantage. With Professional Driver's License.
Hardworking, willing to work long hours and committed to perform good work.
B. Warehouse Helper: At least High School graduate. Hardworking and committed to perform good work.
Knowledge of driving is an advantage.
