As we all know, after the hiring stage comes the training part. The newly hired personnel is required to undergo a series of trainings in relation to their respective positions. Through these trainings, the employees gain additional knowledge and become more confident in accomplishing their work to serve our customers better, faster, and at less cost.

As the new Training Manager, Ms. Vinuya needs to make sure that newly hired personnel undergo sufficient trainings before they do the actual work and she must also re-train existing personnel on the new practices implemented in operations. By doing these, employees can provide the best service they can in order to serve our Kings and Queens— our customers.
