Prior to Multi-Line, Engr. Diana had been employed as a Site Engineer before she was promoted as Lead Quality Operations/ QA/QC Engineer. 

In her new job in the company, she will be in charge to set up quality standards and compliance procedures and guidelines, perform a structured independent review of our project implementation process to assess the level of performance of our project management team, ensure compliance to the guidelines and procedures of our company and the customer, ensure the project is performed in accordance with the terms of our agreement with the customer and most especially is to ensure that the customer is happy with our company’s level of performance.
