Filipinas Multi-Line Corporation (FMC) turned a remarkable chapter in its 40-year journey with a grand anniversary celebration at the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Manila on September 11, 2025.

Together with its four subsidiaries, Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI), Multi-Line Structures Corp. (MSC), WorldCraft Furniture & Fittings Corp., and EverFirst Loans Corp., the company hosted a momentous evening filled with reflection, recognition, and exciting announcements for the future.

The Grand Ballroom was elegantly transformed with a silver-and-black theme. The stage glimmered with Bamboo Charcoal Board in silver water ripple and was complemented by the sleek black Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) finish of the flooring and steps. Dynamic stage lighting created a vibrant atmosphere and brought out the elegance of the silver-black-and-blue dining table setup. Multi-Line’s new entertainment solutions products—including the curved LED wall, professional audio, and lighting systems—were also showcased that night. They ran seamlessly under the guidance of seasoned professionals, making the evening truly spectacular.

The celebration was made even more memorable by the presence of valued clients, suppliers, employees, industry leaders, friends, and family. Renowned journalist, Ms. Ces Drilon, hosted the evening, and Mr. Joey Espino, a respected figure in the Philippine fashion and events industry, produced and directed the program.

From Growth to Greater Success

From its humble beginnings in 1986, Multi-Line has grown through decades of uncertainties and challenges. In honor of the moments that tested the company and the achievements that defined its journey, this 40th anniversary served as a celebration of its past, present, and the boundless future ahead. It is a tribute to the resilience, partnerships, and legacy that have shaped Multi-Line into the trusted leader it is today.

The evening began with a highlight on the company’s subsidiaries in building systems, architectural products, furniture, and pension loans. With each being presented by its respective head, they showcased how these individual businesses collectively embody Multi-Line’s holistic approach to delivering reliable and innovative products, services, and solutions.

A Legacy Unveiled

Among the evening’s most meaningful moments was the launch of the book, Where To From Here?, by FMC Founder and President, Aurelio O. Angeles. This book stands as Mr. Angeles’ legacy to his family, friends, partners, and to all who seek wisdom to do business with faith and purpose, including entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and next-generation leaders. Within its pages are wisdom on resilience, leadership, relationships, and the values that shape true success and lasting legacy.

To mark the launch, a striking mock-up of the book stood at the foyer, where guests gathered for photos and interviews. The launch began with a special video presentation that brought the book cover to life. The symbolic design—a tree with the sunrise behind it—unfolded in animation as leaves swayed, clouds drifted, and birds soared. As the book’s pages turned, photos of sunrises that Mr. Angeles took himself and cherished photos from his early years appeared, adding sentiment to the unveiling.

The launch was also honored by the presence of Ar. Royal Pineda, a visionary architect celebrated for his contributions to Modern Filipino Architecture. His notable works include the Clark International Airport Terminal 2 building, the Athletics Stadium at New Clark City Sports Hub, and the Bangkota Philippines Pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020. As Mr. Angeles’ friend, Ar. Pineda wrote the book’s Foreword and joined him onstage to honor the launch and celebrate this milestone.

The event also recognized Multi-Line’s loyal clients. The awarding ceremony honored their significant contribution over the past 10 years, which have been instrumental in the company’s growth and success.

At the event, Multi-Line announced its move to the 36th floor of One Vertis Plaza, a premier business address in Quezon City that showcases world-class design, modern facilities, and a central location.

Far more than a physical move, this relocation marks a milestone born from nearly four decades of hard work, opening a brand-new chapter for a bold vision for tomorrow.

Leading with Digital Transformation

For its next chapter, Multi-Line is embracing digital transformation, as highlighted in the speech of MBI’s General Manager, Engr. Dino Maghirang. The company’s building systems products are now fully integrated, cloud-connected, and next-generation. By what it is doing today and where it is heading, the company reaffirms its commitment to delivering smarter, safer, and more responsive buildings and properties.

Carrying this momentum forward, Multi-Line has also expanded its line of products to include entertainment solutions, featuring LED walls, professional audio, stage lighting, and stage trusses. These very technologies, such as the curved LED wall and the sound and lighting systems, brought the anniversary celebration to life, showcasing how these new offerings can deliver dynamic and immersive audio-visual experiences for live events in the Philippines.

Four decades of building trust through competitive pricing, quality, and care have shaped Multi-Line into the company it is today. With deep gratitude, we sincerely thank our guests, clients, employees, and everyone who has been part of our journey, whose presence and support made our 40th-year milestone truly special.
