Our Story

“Mag-uumpisa kang maliit. Tibayan mo ang iyong loob.
Lalaki ka rin, mamumunga at magbibigay ng lilim sa iba.”

What started as a simple phrase grew into the story of who we are.

Filipinas Multi-Line Corporation began its humble roots on July 31, 1986, with only ₱250,000 in paid-up capital and three determined employees. In a small 30 square meter room with borrowed desks and equipment, and a busted aircon, we planted an opportunity to learn, grow, and push forward with greater determination.

What began as a small seed has now grown into a strong and thriving organization. Today, Filipinas Multi-Line Corporation is a dynamic holding company with five subsidiaries in building systems, maintenance, architectural solutions, furniture, and pension loans.

We had grown to over 900 regular employees, with operational offices and warehouses in Manila, Cebu, and Davao and an annual sales of no less than ₱1 Billion.

But more than these numbers, it is the story of persistence, ambition, and the belief that people and the human spirit are the most important assets any company can have.

At the heart of our progress are five powerful phrases that continue to guide us:

Problema. Ambisyon. Bisyon. Sakripisyon. Komisyon.

These five phrases are not just steps, we live by them. Every problem we encounter fuels our ambition. That ambition gives a clear vision. The vision demands sacrifice, and the rewards come in the form of commission and shared success.

Our competitive advantage lies not just in our products or services, but in our people and values.
