On April 4, 2025, Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC) held two separate product presentations for major developers and contractors in Metro Manila as part of its initiative to introduce new materials and strengthen industry partnerships.
The first session took place at DMCI’s Corporate Headquarters on Apolinario Street, Bangkal, Makati, followed by another presentation later that day at Whiteport DDT in Holy Place, Mandaluyong.
The DMCI and Whiteport DDT presentation was conducted in collaboration with Mr. Henry Lee of Windowmate, one of MSC’s key suppliers from China. The presentations were attended by Business Development Manager Ar. Rene John Asa; Sales Managers Ms. Lilibeth Depasupil (North) and Mr. Luisito Valenzuela (South); and Sales Engineer Mr. Edward Laxa. They were joined by Engineering Manager Mr. Aljun Austria, Advertising and Supply Chain Manager Ms. Regina Norma Tengco, and Multi-Line President Mr. Rey Angeles.
Mr. Henry Lee, who served as the Windowmate representative, played a significant role in the session as the lead presenter for the Alucore product line. MSC also showcased a wide range of its architectural offerings, including roofing systems, WorldClass SPC flooring, WPC and PVC claddings, and Flexipanel decorative panels.
Introducing MSC’s Architectural Solutions to DMCI
According to Ar. Rene John Asa, the presentation aimed to introduce MSC’s expanding product lineup and explore potential collaboration opportunities for DMCI’s upcoming projects.
“We also wanted to showcase how our solutions can add value in terms of quality, design, and cost-efficiency, positioning ourselves as a reliable supplier for their future developments,” he said. “The main goal was to open the door for a closer relationship with DMCI and Whiteport DDT.”
DMCI representatives raised several technical and procurement-related questions during the discussion. “Their primary concern was on the availability of fire resistance ratings, technical datasheets, and product test reports, which are key in evaluating if the product and supplier are reliable,” he added.
Strengthening Ties with Whiteport DDT
The second presentation at Whiteport DDT was arranged by Mr. Luisito Valenzuela, who reached out to Mr. Eugene Perez, the company’s research and development manager.
Valenzuela shared that the main objective of the Whiteport DDT presentation was to inform their team about MSC’s latest offerings, with a special focus on Alucore. “The purpose was to inform our customers about our new products so they can consider them for both ongoing and future projects. It’s about helping them match their requirements with our solutions and, hopefully, securing business opportunities from there,” he explained.
Discussions during the session centered on specifications and pricing of aluminum doors and windows. Valenzuela shared that Whiteport DDT had previously sourced ACP and shingles from Multi-Line, indicating an existing relationship that could serve as a foundation for further collaboration.
He added that Whiteport DDT showed particular interest in Alucore’s aluminum louvers and that the team is now waiting for design plans from their upcoming projects, which could present future engagement opportunities.
With two successful presentations in one day, MSC continues to position itself as a committed and competitive supplier of quality construction materials, aiming to deepen its relationships with leading developers and contractors in the country.
