MBI Secures New Contracts for Projects in Batangas & Las Piñas

Mr. Jonathan Jurada of Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI) successfully secured a contract with Costa del Hamilo, Inc. (CDHI) worth ₱8,500,000.00 for the Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) works of the Pico Terraces – Buildings Ardea and Balea located in Pico de Loro, Nasugbu, Batangas.

The Notice of Award and Notice to Proceed were issued by CDHI on April 2, 2025, marking the official start of the project. The expected duration is eight months for Building Ardea and twelve months for Building Balea.

Meanwhile, Mr. Victor Delos Reyes of MBI finalized an agreement with Makati Development Corporation (MDC) amounting to ₱12,400,000.00 for the supply and installation of the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Intercom, Public Address/Background Music (PA/BGM), and Access Control Systems for the Cerca Nuveo Tower 1 project located along Alabang-Zapote Road, Las Piñas City.

The Notice of Award was issued by MDC on May 2, 2025, followed by the Purchase Order on May 30, 2025, officially commencing the project, which has a scheduled completion period of ten months.

Both Jonathan and Victor expressed their gratitude to the Engineering Department, headed by Engr. Allan De Mesa, for their consistent support throughout the bidding and technical preparation phases. For the Pico Terraces project, they acknowledged the contributions of Engr. Gibson Mariano and Mr. Mark Angelo Llamado. For the Cerca Nuveo Tower 1 project, recognition was given to Mr. Leonel Lambert Guarino, Engr. Mark Joseph Gandoza, Engr. Juan Salvador Dinfotan, Engr. Albert Manalo, and Engr. Louie Jon Antuine.
