EverFirst’s One and Only DJ

Ms. Jonalyn “DJ” Ogalesco started in EverFirst Loans Corporation as a Loan Processor at Monumento Branch on February 27, 2019 before she became as LMS Support and Trainer after 3 years.
DJ is a witty and funny individual but serious and strict at the same time. What most people do not know is that DJ is an active singer. She sings a variety of songs from pop, alternative, rhythm and blues to classic love songs. As a matter of fact, she won the first place in a singing contest in her previous company. “Unfortunately, dito sa EF hindi ko pa naranasan sumali sa ganoon but I was able to join the jingle contest,” she said.
When asked if there is any instrument she has tried playing, DJ remembered that she has played piano before but did not pursue it since she has more passion in being a vocalist.
DJ was also an active student back in her childhood and teenage days. In her elementary school, she used to be a part of its track and field team in which her team participated in Palarong Pambansa to compete with other schools. In high school, she gave up her extra curricular activities to focus more on her studies and instead join quiz bee contests in Science and Math. When she reached college, she became a part of their volleyball team as Opposite Hitter.
DJ proudly shared her experience as a scholar in University of Manila. Their family may be lacking financially to support her studies but that did not discourage her to graduate. Actually, she was able to pay for her miscellaneous fees and extra allowances by playing billiards.
During the interview, it was revealed that DJ is a family-oriented person to the point that she will give everything for her family even if she will be left with nothing.
