His experience from different branches greatly helped him in his new post as he already gained knowledge on how branches operate.

During the interview, Mr. Mendoza shared that his motivation and inspiration comes from his parents. He added that his goal did not only end on getting transferred to head office but also on becoming a future Approving Head.

Jessie Soriano will be facing new challenges as LP OIC of EverFirst Floodway Branch effective November 7, 2022. He was hired on April 18, 2016 and had worked as Loan Processor of Cainta and Concepcion Branches. 

During the interview, he shared that as a Loan Processor, one of the biggest challenges he encountered was declining active clients. Finished clients tend to pull out their ATM card when they do not need the money. “Building good rapport with the client is the key,” he said.

When asked what prompted him to apply for this position, he answered, “Malapit sa bahay na inuuwian and ito ay opportunity to grow. ‘Di pwedeng mag-stay ka na lang sa isang position habang buhay.”

Soriano aims to fulfill his role as LP OIC with a positive attitude and tenacity to grow the branch he was assigned to lead.
