Starting July 1, 2022, Scriptum welcomes its new writer, Ms. Kimberly “Khim” Tianzon, OIC Accounting Supervisor from EverFirst’s Accounting Department.
Ms. Khim enjoys expressing her thoughts through writing essays, poems, or simply free form. She usually writes in her diary, I’m on my seventh diary as of today since I started in 2011”, she shared. Some of her writings were shared, but most of them she keeps to herself as it’s too personal for the public eye. Her main inspiration is her experience in life. It’s not always sunshine and rainbows, so it stays in her diary and for her eyes only.
During her interview, Ms. Khim also shared how she writes essays, poems, and speeches for her family and friends It is no trouble for her as she claims it is like hitting two birds with one stone. She can help them as well as show her passion in writing.
Looking back, Ms. Khim has been passionate about writing since she was in elementary school. She was part of the school publication, “Di ko lang maalala posisyon ko dati,” she admitted. In her college days, she was also a contributor in their publication. She could not commit fully as she was preoccupied with a lot of things, and that is why she did not officially join them.
