Newly Promoted EverFirst Personnel

Don’t limit your challenges, challenge your limits! – This was seen through the lives of our fellow EverFirst personnel who recently got promoted into their new positions. These people are nothing but hardworking, committed and expert employees with very high moral values who served their customers better, faster and at less cost in every way.
Mr. Jamil Formilleza was a previous Loan Processor in EverFirst Marikina Branch for 4 years and 6 months and was promoted to Branch Head OIC in EverFirst San Mateo Branch last March 1, 2023. He yearns to increase the number of clients in his current branch and become a good example for his co-workers. According to his teammates, he is a good friend and very easy to be with. He will be reporting to Ms. Elsa Blanche, Area Supervisor. During his free time, Jamil loves to play basketball.
Mr. Edgar Bacong Jr. was hired last April 12, 2021. He started as a Loan Processor at EverFirst Cabuyao Branch and stayed in the position for 1 year and 10 months before being promoted to Branch Head OIC in EverFirst Sta. Rosa Branch last March 1, 2023.
Edgar desires to improve his current branch’s performance by starting to solve problematic accounts and help his teammates to become more efficient in their positions. He is a very approachable and grateful person who gladly rejoices for the blessings he receives. He will be reporting to Ms. Armida Jatap, Area Supervisor. One of his hobbies is to play the chess.
If there is an ambition, there will be a vision. And when a good amount of sacrifice is put into this vision, there will surely be good reward in the end, commission!
