WorldCraft’s new Sales Administrative Supervisor

It was a good opening of the year 2023 for Ms. Nikki Dadivas as she was promoted as WorldCraft’s Sales Administrative Supervisor last March 7, 2023.
Nikki was hired on May 26, 2021 as Sales Coordinator of WorldCraft. Because of her diligence on her work, she was given an opportunity to become its Sales Administrative Supervisor. She was given the task to assist walk-in customers, check the SPR and report to the Operations Manager, process AR of PSC for product presentation, exhibit and photo shoot and oversee daily duties of Sales Coordinator to ensure that existing guidelines and procedures are implemented. She is directly reporting to Mr. Aldrin Aying, the Sales Manager of WorldCraft.
In an interview, Nikki expressed her thoughts on the promotion she received. “Mixed emotions ang naramdaman ko. Maligaya at kinakabahan dahil nagkaroon ako ng malaking oportunidad na maging mas competitive sa trabaho bagamat para sa akin ito ay malaking hamon. Mas patutunayan ko na deserving ako sa posisyon na ito dahil ang goal ko ay matulungan at suportahan ang WorldCraft,” she exclaimed.
“Nais kong magpasalamat sa mga taong tumulong, nagbigay ng mga kaalaman at gumabay sa’kin simula noong unang araw ko hangang ngayon. Kay Mr. and Mrs. Angeles na nagbigay sa’kin ng malaking oportunidad at malawak na kaalaman pagdating sa pagtatrabaho, kay Sir Marco and Ma’am Duckee na gumabay sa’kin at itinrato kaming isang pamilya, kay Sir Aldrin na tumutulong at sumusuporta sa’kin ngayon, sa sales team na itinuring akong kapatid, kay Sir James at sa buong advertising team na pwede kong malapitan kahit anong oras, kay Ma’am Rose na gumagabay sa’kin noong oras na kailangan ko ng tulong at kay Sir Richie at Sir Ritchel ng Accounting and Finance Departments,” she added.
