The employees of Cebu Depot Operations hold their team building activity in Moalboal Beach in Cebu. They divided the group into teams to participate in different activities namely Group Cheer, Paint Me A Picture with a Twist, Hula-Hula Hoo, Bridge the Gap and Longest Line with a Twist. After each activity, there was a discussion to evaluate its application. The employees learned something about resourcefulness, creativity and teamwork. 

Besides the activities, they also enjoyed the food prepared by their colleagues. They had sinugbang isda and baboy with banana, camote and ginamos during lunch. For dinner, they had tinolang isda, humba, garlic shrimp and adobong pusit. On the following day, they had fried dried fish, hotdogs, boiled eggs and fried rice partnered with milo or coffee.
