By Kimberly Tianzon
Four outstanding individuals were promoted as branch head Officers-in-Charge (BH-OIC): Jenny Rose Cahusay, Neman Recio and Eduardo Diestro Lalis Jr. effective October 1, 2024, along with Angel Bert Vicente effective August 1, 2024.
Jenny Rose Cahusay is now the BH-OIC of Malaria branch. At just 29 years old, Jenny has made significant strides since joining the company on May 27, 2021. With three years of experience as a loan processor, she demonstrated her leadership abilities while managing Tungko branch in the absence of her former branch head.
She acted as the BH-OIC of the said branch for almost 5 months. Jenny’s genuine passion for her work and her dedication to her colleagues and clients played a key role in her promotion. She expressed immense gratitude for the opportunity and aims to enhance the branch’s visibility in the lending sector, particularly by supporting pensioners in need.
Neman Recio, 24, brings nearly two years of experience as a loan processor, having joined on January 17, 2023. His promotion stems from his resilience, positive attitude and strong desire to serve his team and clients. He aims to increase the branch’s competitive standing while achieving ambitious goals related to revenue and client engagement. As Taytay branch’s new BH-OIC, Neman is committed to foster a team spirit that prioritizes accountability and collaboration.
Eduardo Lalis Jr. also known as EJ by his colleagues, currently handles Apalit branch as its new BH- OIC. EJ has a solid background in loan processing, with experience from Muzon and Sampol branches since joining the company on November 18, 2019. EJ’s commitment to his work and family influenced his decision to stay at Apalit branch during the transition to his new role. As BH-OIC, he is excited to embrace the challenges of his new position, focusing on teamwork and exceeding targets.
Angel Bert Vicente has been a dedicated loan processor for almost two years, joining the company on September 15, 2022. His background in customer service and leadership training has equipped him to excel as the new BH-OIC of Litex branch. Angel is excited about the responsibilities that come with being BH-OIC and is focused on enhancing the branch’s performance through monitoring and teamwork. He has set ambitious goals for Litex branch, aspiring to be number one in specific categories through collective effort and open communication.
As these four individuals step into their new roles, we are confident that their leadership will create a positive impact on their branches and the company as a whole.
Congratulations to Jenny, Neman, EJ and Angel on your well-deserved promotions! We look forward to supporting you as you lead your branches to new achievements!
