FMC establishes new Facilities and Property Management Department

Filipinas Multi-Line Corporation introduced the new Facilities and Property Management Department, which is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the efficient operation of all physical spaces, including corporate offices, warehouses, and EverFirst branches.
This department manages facilities, oversees repairs, ensures safety standards and supports business functions by providing a functional environment that aids in daily operations.
The department handles the management and maintenance of all company-owned properties, ensuring they remain in good condition. This includes routine maintenance, overseeing repairs and managing improvement projects to ensure facilities are used efficiently.
In addition to supporting daily operations, the department ensures compliance with safety regulations and seeks to reduce operational costs through effective facility management.
The department is headed by Arch. Bernard Angeles, project manager, with a team that includes Mr. Larry Avelino as facilities and property manager, as well as Engr. Patrick Joseph Almazar and Mr. Michael Francis Martinez as project engineers and estimators. This team manages all aspects of the company’s properties, ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and aligned with operational needs.
