EverFirst awards Quarterly Challenge winners

By Friel Lontoc

EverFirst Loans Corporation recognized its Quarterly Challenge winners on November 8, 2024 at an event held at the Mayaman Covered Court. This challenge covered the 3rd quarter of 2024, highlighting the top loan consultants per area and the branches with the highest number of 13th month loans granted.

In the category of Top Loan Consultants per Area, Mylen Soleta emerged as the winner for Sector 1, while Gloria Lanceta claimed victory in Sector 2. For Mylen, her success was a result of setting clear goals. “Binigyan ko ng goal ang sarili ko na kailangan maka-10 clients and up ako monthly,”  Mylen shared.

Mylen also discovered the power of social media and used it to grow her network. She conducted Facebook Lives  and  boosted  her  posts,   which   resulted   in  new

clients. In addition to these online initiatives, Mylen focused on saturations and encouraged people to refer new clients.

Meanwhile, Gloria employed different methods that led to her success. She sacrificed her time and effort to reach her goals. “Nag-work po ako ng Saturday and Sunday,” she said. Gloria also contacts her clients regularly and offers home service for easier transactions.

Both loan consultants received a reward amounting to P9,000.00. EverFirst President Mr. Rey Angeles also gave them additional P5,000.00 for their exemplary performance and dedication to their work.

To win in the category 13th Month Loans Granted, branches must hit at least 60% rate in number of active clients who availed 13th month loans for the period of May to July 2024. In addition, the branches must have at least 150 active clients at the end of July 2024.

There are 61 EverFirst branches that won this category, with each branch earning P4,000.00 as a reward. The winners are listed in this table below:
