Nerry Nadal, a former loan processor at Balanga Branch, is now heading the Lubao branch since November 4, 2024. Her goal for the branch is to be more than just profitable; she also wants it to be more helpful to others, more productive, and a place where employees are treated like family.
Mary Jane Ortinez is now leading Trece Martires branch, effective October 1, 2024. She began her journey with EverFirst as a collection assistant on September 28, 2015. She later on became a loan processor at Tanza branch on October 17, 2022, then transferred to Cavite branch on March 7, 2023. Her goal for the Trece Martires branch is to establish it as one of EverFirst’s outstanding branches and achieve ‘big branch’ status.
Meanwhile, Lorelie Patricio was assigned as branch head OIC for Tarlac branch, effective November 4, 2024. She initially joined EverFirst on July 18, 2022 as loan processor for Cabanatuan branch. Her goals are to know the best strategies to attract new clients and to guide her colleagues to boost their confidence.
In addition, former loan processors have been appointed as branch head OICs of some existing branches.
Maria Vergel Lumay, formerly a loan processor at the Malibay branch, has been promoted to branch head OIC of Doña Soledad branch, effective October 16, 2024. She replaced the previous branch head who transferred to another branch. Her goal is to consistently meet monthly targets through effective teamwork and by ensuring excellent customer service.
Nico Patanao is now in-charge of Tandang Sora branch effective November 4, 2024, subsequent to the retirement of the previous branch head. He is now ready to lead the branch in providing the customers with good service and build strong customer relations.
Jhon Eric Vergara, a former loan processor of Calamba branch, is now the branch head OIC of Tanauan branch since October 14, 2024. His goal is to win the high revenue target and to reach more than 350 active clients by the end of 2024.
Lastly, Julie France Tendenilla is leading the Lipa branch as branch head OIC effective November 4, 2024. Her goal is to increase branch revenue, boost social media engagement, and improve customer satisfaction by reducing wait times.
