EverFirst introduces new Accounting Supervisor

EverFirst Loans Corporation (EF) announced the promotion of Redelin Barretto as its newest accounting supervisor on October 22, 2024. Redelin, who has been with the company for three years as an Accounting Assistant, brings over a decade of experience in the accounting field to her new role.

Redelin’s journey in the accounting field spans more than 10 years, during which she has developed a strong skill set in managing complex tasks and building effective relationships with colleagues. Reflecting on her growth, she shared, “I’ve learned how to handle various situations and people, and these experiences have helped me mature and become more responsible. I am now ready for this new challenge.”

In her new position, Redelin is committed to driving efficiency   and   effectiveness    within    the    Accounting

Department. “I will continue to do my best to support the company and improve the efficiency of my work,” she assured. She also emphasized her goals, saying, “For now, my goal is to focus, learn, and grow in this new role while helping the team succeed.”


She hopes for continuous support from her colleagues as she settles into her new responsibilities.
“I hope my colleagues will be patient with me as I fully grasp the scope of my role. I promise to do my best to help the team,”  she shared. 

 

To her, stepping into this new role feels like a significant challenge, as it demands that she step beyond the comfort and familiarity of her previous position. She knows that in order to succeed, she’ll need to face new situations, take on greater responsibilities, and adjust to a higher level of accountability. While it’s a daunting shift, she’s aware that taking on this challenge will be a vital step towards her personal and professional growth. 


Lastly, Redelin would like to thank the management for recognizing her hard work and effort, as well as for the opportunity to prove her worth.
