Honoring 9 years of Rolobon Pasco’s invaluable role at EverFirst

In a company, every role plays an essential part in its success – whether it’s a senior executive or a rank and file employee. Rolobon Pasco, who is about to mark his 10th year with EverFirst Loans Corporation (EF), is a testament to this truth. A bank runner by profession, Rolobon’s journey through the company is a story of growth, commitment and a relentless drive to serve both the company and his family.
Rolobon joined EF in March 2015 as a filing clerk. His initial responsibilities included sorting and filing important company documents. However, it wasn’t long before his skills and work ethic caught the attention of his superiors, leading to his transition into the Treasury Department as a bank runner on August 1, 2017.
In his current role, Rolobon has become the go-to person for a range of essential tasks. From handling deposits and encashment to managing utility payments and ensuring the timely delivery of documents from Maginhawa Office to Calderon Building, his responsibilities are vast and critical. He also plays a key role in handling important paperwork for signatures and his ability to address banking concerns with efficiency and precision has made him indispensable to the operations of EF. The shift from filing clerk to bank runner was a significant step forward in his career, and it’s a role he has embraced with great pride.
For Rolobon, the motivation to join EF was simple yet powerful. “Family ko po, dahil sila ang aking inspirasyon sa araw-araw,” he shares.
When asked about his time with the company, Rolobon expresses his heartfelt gratitude: “Nagpapasalamat po ako sa EverFirst Loans Corporation dahil sa pag-hire nila sa’kin para maging isang empleyado nila. Dahil dito ay naibigay ko ang pangangailangan ng aking pamilya.”
One of the most memorable experiences he reflects on is the dedication shown by his fellow employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. “Dito ko nakita kung gaano ka dedicated ang employees na magsakripisyo ng kanilang sarili para makapagbigay serbisyo sa ating mga kliyente.” In those challenging times, Rolobon saw firsthand the resilience and unity that EF employees displayed, going above and beyond to ensure that clients’ needs were met despite the difficult circumstances.
