MBI honored for outstanding work at Office of the President

Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. has been recognized with an “Outstanding” rating for its recent project at the Office of the President in Malacañang Complex. The project, amounting to P6,700,000.00, involved the supply, testing and commissioning of a wireless conference microphone system for the Internal House Affairs Office. The project spanned from August 9, 2024 to September 2, 2024, completing six days ahead of its 30-day timeline.


This achievement was made possible by the dedication, hard work and expertise of the following team members:

•  Vincent Uru – Commissioning Engineer

•  Gibson Mariano – Systems  Design Engineer

•  Elmer Dacula Jr. – Sales Engineer

•  Mark Angelo Llamado – Engineering Supervisor

•  Karim Bongarsa – TSG Supervisor

•  Walter Kit Fernandez – TSG Manager

•  Allan De Mesa – Engineering Manager

•  Dino Cajurao – Project Manager

•  Remelia Firme – Operations Manager for PID

•  Dino Maghirang – General Manager

Based on the Supplier/Service Provider Performance Survey (SPPS) conducted by Assets Management Office-Contract Implementation and Monitoring Division (AMO-CIMD) for this project, MBI received perfect scores across all performance criteria, including technical standards, timeliness and documentation. 

 

In an interview with Mr. Cajurao, he mentioned that he was proud of Mr. Miranda’s team for successfully completing the project. He also expressed his gratitude to the personnel from Sales Department, Engineering Department and Technical Support Group for the careful planning, teamwork and support to his team. 

 

All equipment was thoroughly checked and tested with the TSG bago namin ipina-deliver sa project site. We also maintained close communication with the client representative to ensure that their requirements were met kaya grateful kami sa ibinigay nilang recognition sa project natin which is an outstanding rating. This achievement reflects our team’s dedication to delivering high-quality results. We will continue to apply the lessons we’ve learned, such as the importance of early communication, detailed planning and thorough preparation to our future projects,” Mr. Cajurao added. 

 

As a token of appreciation, Mr. Rey Angeles, the president, treated the team to a celebratory dinner at Shake Shack in Gateway Mall on November 11, 2024.
