MSC introduces new Project Supervisors

By Friel Lontoc

Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC) welcomed two new project supervisors under Project Implementation Department (PID) on October 15, 2024. They are Mr. Sid Lyndon Ingalla for the South area and Mr. Ralph Aldrin Dacara for the North area.

Even as a new hire, Sid brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company. He pursued a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at UST and graduated in 2019. He was previously a Project In-Charge Officer, where he was responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers engaged in various projects.

“While my technical background has given me a solid foundation, I’m working to develop new skills in leadership, budgeting and stakeholder communication,” Sid shared. He also looked forward to establishing connections and identifying critical success factors to effectively succeed in his work.

Meanwhile, Mr. Ralph Aldrin Dacara was previously an engineering supervisor before being promoted to his new role. His previous duties included checking estimates and providing technical support for the sales department.

Nalungkot yung mga dati kong kasama dahil sa biglaang pag-alis ko sa Engineering lalo na yung mga estimator na hawak at yung mga matagal kong nakasama sa Engineering,”  Ralph said. His former department supported him in the new path he will be taking.

Sid and Ralph shared similar goals they want to achieve in their new roles.
“Ang goal ko as the new project supervisor ay maiayos ang mga problema na existing, magawan ito ng solusyon hanggang sa ito ay ma-COCA,” Ralph said, emphasizing his problem solving skills in attaining these goals.

On the other hand, Sid aims to streamline processes within his department.
“I want to deliver projects on time, on budget and within scope; foster strong team collaboration; ensure customer satisfaction; improve processes for efficiency; maintain high quality; and continue growing professionally,” Sid elaborated. He’s confident that he will achieve this through clear communication, effective planning and continuous feedback.

The company looks forward to seeing Sid and Ralph drive positive change and continuous growth within the Project Implementation Department.
