MSC strengthens PID with reorganization and training

By Ralph Aldrin Dacara

Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC) recently reorganized its Project Implementation Department (PID) to improve operational efficiency, streamline order processing and project management.

Aside from the reorganization, this initiative also included training based on Memo Circular 2008/031, commonly referred to as the long memo, which outlines essential procedures from order processing through project completion.

This memo serves as a roadmap for project management at Multi-Line. Revisiting these procedures prepares PID to handle projects in line with the company’s standards and reduces bottlenecks in the process.

The training sessions, which began on October 22, 2024, were led by Mr. Dino Maghirang, the General Manager of Multi-Line Building Systems Inc. (MBI). He was joined by several MBI department heads, including Engineering Manager Engr. Allan De Mesa, Operations Manager Engr. Remelia Firme, and Operations Manager Engr. Francis Kenneth Billiones. Their guidance helped the PID personnel adopt Multi-Line’s structured processes, ensuring consistency from sales closure to project handover. The said training was also attended by Facilities & Property Management Department.

As part of the reorganization, MSC appointed two new project supervisors: Engr. Sid Lyndon Ingalla for the south area and Mr. Ralph Aldrin Dacara for the north area. Their roles will help ensure effective project management across these regions.

The reorganization and training aim to strengthen PID’s understanding of each procedural step, helping to maintain project quality and enhance client satisfaction. By establishing a clear and unified approach, the department is better equipped to manage projects from the initial sale through to completion.

With the reorganization complete, the Project Implementation Department is ready to meet growing demand for Multi-Line’s products, including Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP), Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) panels, and various roofing systems. This initiative reflects Multi-Line’s commitment to serve its customers better, faster and at less cost.
