Securing success: The Alveo Sentrove project

By Ralph Aldrin Dacara

The Alveo Sentrove project at Cloverleaf Balintawak, Quezon City, is a significant achievement for Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI). In partnership with Makati Development Corporation (MDC), the project involves the supply and installation of a Security Management System, CCTV System, and Public Address and Background Music (PA/BGM) System.

The project began with the bidding process in the second week of February 2024, spanning nearly ten months. It involved technical bid submissions, clarification meetings, financial evaluations and final negotiations before the contract was closed by Mr. Victor Delos Reyes, the sales account specialist.

Challenges arose during the project, such as the initial disapproval of proposed   products.   This   was   resolved

after discussions with the MEPFS team and consultants. Another issue involved aligning the proposed work duration with MDC’s timeline, which was resolved through adjustments after discussions with their project team.

The Engineering Department contributed to the project’s success through meticulous estimates and technical expertise. These key individuals were Engr. Allan De Mesa (Engineering Manager), Mr. Mark Angelo Llamado (Engineering Supervisor), and system design engineers Engr. Robert Roxas (SMS), Mr. Bernard Duran (PABGM), and Engr. Jan Louis Medina (CCTV).

The Alveo Sentrove project demonstrates MBI’s ability to deliver solutions and collaborate effectively with clients, reinforcing its commitment to quality and reliability in the industry.
