Dacula closes two-million-peso government contract
By Krizia Mae Oliva
Mr. Elmer Dacula Jr., a product sales consultant of Multi-Line Building Systems Inc. (MBI), has recently secured a two-million-peso contract with the National Library of the Philippines.
This project involves the installation and commissioning of a security and surveillance command center. Dacula attributes his success to the company’s competitive pricing, the team’s complete bid submission, and his ability to address all client concerns.
According to him, he would not have been able to close this contract without the invaluable support from the Engineering Department and the guidance of Mr. Dino Maghirang, the general manager of Multi-Line Building Systems Inc.
For Dacula, focusing on closing government contracts is strategic for him because government contracts usually provide results within two to three weeks, compared to private biddings that take months.
Dacula is convinced that this strategy will help him hit his ambitious quota of 100 million pesos for 2024. He hopes that this project will inspire others to close more government projects in the future.
