EverFirst branches receive awards for their 4th Quarterly Challenge

EverFirst recognized the winners of the branches’ fourth quarterly challenge in an awarding ceremony held last April 30, 2024, at Mayaman Car Park. Each challenge offered a reward ranging from P3,000.00 to P4,000.00 per branch.
The challenges ran from December 2023 to February 2024 and included the Hit the Revenue Target, Total Number of New Clients, Total Number of Referrers, and Hit the Productivity Ratio challenges.
For the Hit the Revenue Target challenge, branches needed to achieve the assigned revenue target for the quarter. In this challenge, 89 out of 100 branches won, each receiving a prize of P4,000.00.
In the Total Number of Clients challenge, branches were required to acquire a minimum of 40 new clients per quarter. In this challenge, only 6 branches succeeded, each earning a prize of P4,000.00.
In the Total Number of Referrers challenge, only the Binangonan and Floodway branches emerged as winners, each branch receiving a P3,000.00 prize. The challenge involved the branch needing at least 5% of its borrowers to act as referrers, and by the end of the quarter, there had to be a minimum of 100 active clients.
Under the Hit the Productivity Ratio category, the criteria stated that branches needed to have a minimum productivity ratio of 4 at the end of the quarter period. The basis for calculating the productivity ratio was the unearned revenue over expenses for the quarter. 23 branches won In this challenge, each receiving a prize of P4,000.00.
The total prize awarded to EF branches, area supervisors, district managers, and sectoral operation managers for the fourth quarter amounted to P496,928.40.
