MBI secures new contract with GERI

Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI) proudly announced the launch of its new project, Tulips Gardens – Burgundy Tower in Southwoods, Biñan, Laguna. This project, amounting to P7.35M, is under the development of Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI) as it continues to expand its presence in the area.
The scope of work for the Tulip Gardens – Burgundy Tower project includes supply of labor, tools, materials, equipment, consumables, and technical supervision including testing and commissioning for the entire FDAS and CCTV System. Construction began in May 2024 and is expected to finish in December 2024.
MBI secured this project through the collective efforts of Mr. Victor Delos Reyes (Sales Account Specialist), Engr. Dino Maghirang (General Manager), Engr. Gibson Mariano (System Design Engineer), Engr. John Mark
Cabaong (Systems Design Engineer), Engr. Mark Angelo Llamado (Engineering Supervisor) and Engr. Allan De Mesa (Engineering Manager).
Their expertise and commitment are instrumental in closing the deal, showcasing their level of professionalism and dedication.
