CDO secures FDAS contract with APDC for Panglao Ocean View Resort

Mr. Joseph Canjade Marty Alo of Cebu Depot Operations (CDO) sealed an agreement with Atharra Primeland Development Corporation (APDC) amounting to P1,027,104.15 for the supply and installation of Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) of Panglao Ocean View Resort.
The project is located at Dao, Dauis, Bohol. Mr. Alo offered the Guardian brand for the installation of FDAS equipment and devices from the ground floor to the 2nd floor of the building.
The Notice of Award was issued by APDC last May 14, 2024. The commencement of the project was May 27, 2024, which has a project timeline of thirty (30) days.
Mr. Alo worked on this project for five months, from his first submission of the cost proposal in January 2024 to
receiving the purchase order and down payment in May 2024. This is an initial contract with APDC for this project, and there will be another contract for the 3rd to 5th floors of the building.
When asked what our edge was over our competitors in this bidding, Mr. Alo confidently said, “Our edge over our competitors is our product features. The quality of our product and service towards our clients give an impact in reaching our goal. In order to create more sales and maintain the relationship with our clients, we should give them the best that we have and the best that we can offer.”
He also added that the strong relationship he had established with the customer was instrumental in securing this project.
Mr. Alo expressed his gratitude to their system design engineer, Engr. Jerome Bantoy, and to all CDO office staff for their support during the process, as well as to his immediate head Ms. Leonora Acero for her guidance and support in closing this prestigious project with APDC.
