Two outstanding loan processors at EverFirst Loans Corporation (EF) were promoted to Branch Head OICs on June 1, 2024: May Ronelly Molina for the San Juan branch and Shaila Marie Garcia for the Parang branch.

May Ronelly Molina started at EverFirst as a loan processor for Sta. Mesa branch on February 10, 2022. She was temporarily transferred to various branches to fill vacant branch head positions. Molina was also assigned to the Q-Mart and Trabajo branch for different reasons.

On January 9, 2024, Molina was transferred to the San Juan Branch as Officer-In-Charge, following the previous branch head’s move to the Trabajo branch, before finally becoming its Branch Head OIC.

Molina stated that her motivation for pursuing the branch head OIC position are the customers, as she wants to serve them better, faster, and at a less cost. She aims to maintain the collection efficiency of the San Juan branch and gain 150 clients by the end of 2024 to qualify for incentives.

To achieve these goals, she plans to ensure good communication within her team and to solicit ideas from all team members. Molina reports directly to her Area Supervisor, Imelda Estipona, under the supervision of her District Manager, Josefina Evangelista.

Meanwhile, Shaila Marie Garcia was hired on April 25, 2022, as loan processor for Parang branch. She was temporarily transferred to Concepcion branch before management decided to permanently assign her the branch on September 13, 2022.

Garcia’s motivation for the branch head OIC position includes her family, career growth, and encouragement from colleagues who believe in her abilities. When asked about her goals and how to achieve them, she said, “One of my goals is to increase our sales and attract new clients. I also want to bring positive vibes to my team. We need to hit our targets and achieve success in contests we qualify for. We need to set targets and develop plans to succeed,” she shared.

Garcia reports directly to her Area Supervisor, Diana Rose Garbin, and her District Manager, Clatchel Joy Cosme.

Molina and Garcia bring dedication and expertise to their new roles. Their confidence in stepping up in their careers is an indication of their competitiveness in improving the company’s customer service and branch performance.
