By Rina Cruz
Jerome Lyle Estipona joined Filipinas Multi-Line Corporation as the new Compliance Officer on June 3, 2024, under the supervision of Richie Chavez, the Finance Manager.
Jerome graduated from University of Santo Tomas in 2016 with a degree in Legal Management. He then pursued further legal studies at De La Salle University (DLSU) where he studied Juris Doctor from 2016 to 2018.
With a strong legal background and a passion for compliance, Jerome will help Multi-Line and EverFirst in handling regulatory requirements. He will ensure that the organization adheres to legal standards, as well as to internal policies and procedures. He will also play a critical role in preventing, detecting, and responding to compliance violations.
During his first few days in the company, Jerome already saw the positive attitude of the Multi-Line employees. For him, this is essential in maintaining a professional and engaging work environment.
“Having this culture, the people of Multi-Line are respectful, kind, and helpful, especially in teaching the ropes of the company to the new employees like me,” he elaborates. Aside from work, Jerome is also fond of building plastic models and competitive gaming. He looks forward to achieving his goals while building rapport with his fellow employees and subordinates.
