CDO and DDO undergo training by MBI PID

On July 6, 2024, MBI Project Implementation Department (PID) conducted a full-day training session for the project engineers, project managers, and operations managers of CDO and DDO.
The training was led by Operations Managers, Engr. Francis Kenneth Billones and Engr. Remelia Firme with the participation of Project Managers Mr. Dino Cajurao, Engr. Deo Ligsay, Engr. Rafael Palma, and Engr. Von Kevin Palo. The session focused on the duties and responsibilities of project engineers and project managers, emphasizing best practices to enhance PID operations in the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
The training covered key areas, including detailed descriptions of the specific duties and responsibilities of project engineers and project managers. They also
tackled strategies and techniques for effective project management from planning to execution, completion, and closeout. All individuals provided insights into managing operations efficiently to ensure timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.
The OMs and PMs of MBI shared their extensive experience and knowledge, providing practical examples and solutions to common challenges faced in project implementation. The training empowered the CDO and DDO teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to improve their performance and contribute to the overall success of the PID operations in the Visayas and Mindanao areas.
Participants appreciated the comprehensive approach and interactive format of the training, which included Q&A sessions. This initiative is part of management’s efforts to enhance operations in Cebu and Davao and to ensure excellence in project delivery across all regions.
