Ferrol’s motivation for pursuing the branch head position is deeply connected to his career goals. “Gusto ko talaga maging AS, DM sa EverFirst kaya nakita ko na ang pagiging BH ko ang magiging stepping stone ko para sa aking career growth sa EverFirst. Magandang training grounds ito para maging ready ako pag naging AS, DM na ako.” For him, becoming a branch head is a crucial step toward his dream of becoming an area supervisor and, eventually, a district manager. He views this role as essential training for his future responsibilities.

As the new branch head OIC, Ferrol has set clear goals for the Signal branch. “Goal ko makuha ng branch na ito kung ano ang high target na ibinigay sa amin, at mapabilang sa mga contest na meron si EverFirst. Para ma-achieve ito ay kailangan namin ng tulungan sa branch dahil ‘teamwork makes the dream work’, alamin kung ano ang mga vital role ng bawat isa para maging effective at makuha ang goal na inaasam.” His primary aim is to meet the high targets set for the branch and to excel in EverFirst’s contests. Ferrol believes that achieving these goals requires strong teamwork and understanding each team member’s role.
