Embodying Corporate Loyalty: The Stories of Lilibeth Depasupil and Maricar Yacat

When it comes to corporate loyalty and commitment, individuals like Lilibeth Depasupil and Maricar Yacat stand as shining examples for their respective companies.

 

Lilibeth Depasupil began her career with Multi-Line Systems, Inc. (MSI) in May 2002. Over her 22-year tenure, she started from being a showroom sales assistant in 2002 to becoming a product sales consultant in 2010, and eventually to a sales supervisor in 2015. She was transferred to Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC) in 2019 and finally assumed the role of district sales manager of the North area in 2022.

 

She viewed MSC not only as a workplace but as a second family, highlighting the company’s pivotal role in her professional and personal growth.  According  to  her,  the

key to her loyalty for over 22 years ha been patient endurance and humility, both of which she has learned from Enculturation Seminar.

 

Maricar Yacat embarked on her journey with EverFirst Loans Corporation (EF) on November 2001, starting as a loan processor of EF Novaliches. Over her 22-year tenure, she advanced from loan processor to branch head in 2006 and subsequently to area supervisor in 2015. Ms. Maricar’s initial motivation to join EF was to provide for her family, a decision that has deeply influenced her career path. 

 

She attributed her loyalty to the supportive environment and the bonds formed with colleagues who became her second family at EF. This journey taught her many lessons including overcoming challenges with resilience and viewing each obstacle as an opportunity to grow.

 

When they were asked about their most memorable experiences, both emphasized the local and international travel opportunities provided by their companies. Ms. Lilibeth’s 2011 trip to Boracay and 2012 trip to Beijing, China for a sales contest promo were one of her most treasured moments while staying at the company. Similarly, Ms. Maricar’s trip to Japan in 2018 as part of the rewards given by the company for hitting the sales target, was one of her most unforgettable moment in EF.

 

Both Ms. Lilibeth and Ms. Maricar exemplified the essence of loyalty through their long-standing commitments to MSC and EF, respectively. 

 

Both also expressed deep gratitude to their respective companies, particularly acknowledging Mr. Rey Angeles, the president, for giving them the opportunity to contribute to their companies’ successes.

 

MSC and EF extend their heartfelt thanks to Ms. Lilibeth and Ms. Maricar for their 22 years of unwavering loyalty!
