EverFirst promotes new area supervisors
By Fauline Go
EverFirst Loans Corporation is pleased to introduce its newly promoted area supervisors, Boots Bajaro for District 4 Area 2 and Christian Rodelas for District 6 Area 2. Having excelled as outstanding branch heads of their respective branches—Tungko and Canlubang—they are now ready to take on greater challenges and supervise a larger group of personnel.
Bajaro joined EF on June 5, 2007 as a loan processor for Tungko branch. She was eventually transferred to Camarin branch, then later on she became the branch head of Sampol branch on June 1, 2015 and reassigned to Tungko Branch on May 24, 2022.
Meanwhile, Rodelas joined EverFirst on March 5, 2018 as a loan processor for San Pedro branch before he became the branch head of Canlubang branch on February 22, 2020.
For Bajaro, her new role entails a new challenge for her to step out of her comfort zone. “I also want to share with others the steps I took to achieve the success of the branches I managed, to contribute to the company,” she said. Rodelas also shared the same sentiment as he also stepped out of his comfort zone, a tenet he learned in Enculturation. “Gusto ko i-take yung opportunity para makapag-lead ng mas malaking team, makapag-influence sa kanilang development at makapag-contribute sa kanilang success,” he proudly stated.
Both area supervisors want to promote a positive outlook towards work while maintaining camaraderie among their team members. Their priority is to establish connections within their districts and become a person they can turn to in times of need.
As the new area supervisors, Bajaro and Rodelas are responsible for visiting their branches and monitoring their operational activities. They need to analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. They are also expected to provide guidance, training, and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
With their expertise and knowledge in operations, they will undoubtedly be valuable assets to the organization in achieving its sales targets and future goals.
