EverFirst emerges victorious in its 2024 First Quarterly Challenge

Because of the effective and outstanding results of last year’s Quarterly Challenge, EverFirst Loans Corporation (EF) continued to challenge its branches for this contest period’s first quarter, running from April to June 2024, with the awarding of winners held on September 9, 2024.

To further inspire the branches, some prizes for the 2024 Quarterly Challenge were increased. In the previous contest period, the branch that met the hurdle for the Total Number of New Clients category won P4,000.00. This year, the prize has doubled to P8,000.00. The prize for the category of Increasing the Number of Referrers and Referrals per branch was raised from P3,000.00 to P4,000.00.

The continuation and improvement of this quarterly challenge motivated the branches to strive even harder. For the 1st quarter of the 2024 contest period, forty-nine

branches won P4,000.00 each under the Hit-the-Revenue Target category. Five branches won P8,000.00 each under the Total Number of New Clients category. The Bicutan Branch was the sole winner in the Total Number of Referrers and Referrals category, while the Camarin Branch was the sole winner in the Productivity Ratio category.

To reach EF’s high target of P800 million for this year, the company is determined to meet this goal by performing well each quarter.
