By Rina Cruz

On August 20, 2024, Filipinas Multi-Line Corporation (FMC) welcomed a new addition to its leadership team – Larry Avelino, who stepped into the role of facilities and property manager, a newly created position in the company.

A graduate of the University of Northern Philippines with a degree in Architecture way back 2010, Larry brings a wealth of experience to FMC. His career spans multiple industries, where he has gained an experience as a designer, architect, building administrator and operations head. His background makes him well-suited to manage the company’s growing infrastructure projects, ensuring that each property is built with both practicality and creativity.

Larry reports directly to Ar. Bernard Angeles, the project manager,  and  works  closely  with  key  leaders  at  FMC,

including Mrs. Bee Angeles (VP for Finance and Administration) and Ms. Mary Ann Lucero (Treasury Head). Together, they oversee the construction and development of the company’s properties across Luzon. “The team has been very supportive, and I’m adapting to the company’s processes and workflows, especially in managing facilities and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. There is always a learning curve with any new position, but I’m taking it step by step and finding the resources and support needed to excel in my role,”  he said.

FMC looks forward that Larry’s leadership and expertise will help strengthen the company’s commitment to maintaining high standards in property development and facilities management.
