MBI earns high ranks in MDC’s evaluation rating
By Ralph Aldrin Dacara
Makati Development Corporation (MDC) recently conducted its quarterly Vendor Performance Evaluation Rating (VPER) for all vendors engaged in ongoing construction projects. This performance evaluation is carried out by MDC’s Quality Assurance/Quality Check department and Safety department using the Procore Construction Management System. All MDC-affiliated projects are subject to this assessment.
The evaluation focuses on two main categories: Work Quality and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS). In both categories, Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI) emerged as a top performer, showcasing its commitment to quality and safety.
The highest rating for Work Quality was achieved by Portico Tower 3 – The Ametrine project, which consistently received a score of 100% in all quarterly evaluations for the past year. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and expertise of the project team, led by Project Engineer Luic Bryant Concepcion, Project Manager Erick Laurence Dimayuga, and Operations Manager Remelia Firme. Supporting them were Safety Officer Joseph Bantillan and QA/QC Engineer Cristine Monsanto, whose contributions ensured the project’s quality standards.
The top performer in the EHS category was Ayala Mall Vermosa project, achieving an average rating of 94.34% across all evaluations. This accomplishment highlights MBI’s commitment to maintaining safety standards. The success of this project can be attributed to the efforts of Project Engineer Jesus Nevallo, Project Manager Rafael Palma, and Operations Manager Francis Kenneth Billones, along with the work of Safety Officer Aldren Amor. Together, their diligence ensured the project met and exceeded safety expectations.
These achievements reflect MBI’s dedication to delivering quality and prioritizing safety in its projects. The consistent top ratings in MDC’s VPER affirm MBI’s position as a reliable partner in the construction industry. Congratulations to all the teams involved for their hard work and commitment.
