Multi-Line Group recognizes its long-tenured managers

By Fauline Go

The Multi-Line Group proudly recognize and celebrates the exceptional managers who have dedicated 20–24 years of service to their respective companies. These include the following vital people:
These outstanding individuals began their careers in rank-and-file positions before rising to their current leadership roles. They have faced various challenges throughout their journeys, and it is these experiences that have shaped them into competitive and resilient managers they are today.

For Manolito Lungay, formerly a CI/collector for EverFirst Loans Corporation (EF) and now the signatory and approving department head, he never imagined reaching greater heights in his career.

“Akala ko magiging rider lang ako,” he admitted. Due to his curiosity, he acquired new skills that made it possible for him to take on different work responsibilities. Throughout his career, he became a Loan Processor (LP), branch head, and as a signatory officer up to eventually leading the department.

Manolito’s journey became a testament to his unwavering dedication and determination to succeed.

Despite the ups and downs in their work, they have managed to overcome every challenge and remain with the company for decades—and counting. For Anweda Enoy, she has gathered a lot of knowledge and skills that contributed to her life experience.

Meanwhile, Michael Florendo considered open communication amongst employees one of the main reasons why he stayed with Multi-Line. “Knowing the First Family personally and having the privilege of open communication with Mr. Rey Angeles has fostered a loyalty that’s hard to put into words—it’s a rare connection that makes you feel truly valued,” he said.

Throughout his tenure at the company, the company has taught him many life lessons. “In critical moments, using the company’s formula of “Common Sense”, being empowered to make decisions has not only built my confidence but also deepened my commitment to our shared success.”

Lilibeth Depasupil also added that the company culture also played a vital role in her success at the company.

Their commitment, loyalty and leadership have been instrumental in achieving every goal and in serving more customers better, faster and at less cost. Even amidst crises, they remained steadfast and continued to work hard, which has also helped them build their competitiveness and confidence.

Their contributions continue to drive the company forward, and they are appreciated for their loyalty.
