From Assistant to Supervisor: Leonisa’s 15-year journey of growth
By Giovanni Fermin
On April 12, 2010, Leonisa Buñag began her career with Multi-Line as a Contract Management Group assistant 2 (CMG 2). Coming from a smaller company, she aspired to expand her knowledge and grow professionally. Today, as she celebrates her 15th year at Multi-Line, Leonisa looks back with gratitude, recognizing how the company has molded her into the person and professional she is today.
One of the most defining experiences in her early years was attending the Enculturation Program. For Nisa, it was more than just an introduction to company values—it became her guide in performing her role with purpose. It instilled in her not only the meaning of hard work but also the importance of loving one’s work. This mindset has carried her through the years, helping her embrace challenges with positivity and perseverance.
Nisa’s success also comes from practicing one of Multi-Line’s key disciplines: sensitivity to problems and concerns. By being proactive, she has consistently accomplished her tasks better, faster, and at less cost—reflecting the company’s guiding mantra and customer-centered goal.
After years of dedication and consistent performance, Nisa earned her promotion to OIC CMG supervisor, effective September 1, 2025. In this leadership role, she continues to strive for growth, particularly in honing her communication and leadership skills, so she can guide her team effectively and contribute more to the company’s mission.
For Nisa, these 15 years have been a journey of transformation—shaped by Multi-Line’s culture of hard work, commitment, expertise, and high moral values. From a young assistant to a trusted leader, she has grown alongside the company, proving that when values and dedication align, both the individual and the organization succeed.
Let us congratulate Nisa on her well-deserved promotion!
