Nathaniel Oliva secures contract with Velaris Residences Tower 2

Multi-Line Building Systems Inc. proudly congratulates Sales Engineer Nathaniel Oliva for successfully closing a significant lump sum (supply and install) project with RHK Land Corporation for the Velaris Residences Tower 2, located at West Drive, Bridgetowne, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
The project covers the supply and installation of building systems, including:
- CCTV: Hikvision
- Background Music & Public Address: DSPPA
- Intercom: Bticino
- Fire Detection & Alarm System: Guardian
- Structured Cabling System / Point of Sale: Fiber – Rex
With a total contract amount of Php72,500,000.00, this project is scheduled to run from August 20, 2025 to August 15, 2028. This long-term engagement further solidifies Multi-Line’s reputation as a trusted partner in delivering world-class building systems.
The Engineering Team responsible for the estimating, costing, and design of the project includes:
- Systems Design Engineers: Albert Manalo, Mark Joseph Gandoza, Leonel Lambert Guarino, Juan Salvador Dinfotan and Eloisa Caisip
- Engineering Supervisor: Louie Jon Antuine
- Engineering Manager: Allan De Mesa
