Another government win for MBI, led by Victor Delos Reyes

By Rina Cruz

Victor Delos Reyes, Sales Account Specialist of Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI), has successfully closed another government project with Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp. (LIPAD) for the Clark International Airport. The project, worth ₱2,770,000.00, covers the supply, installation, roughing-ins, wiring, testing, and commissioning of a new Access Control System.

Victor shared that he was first invited by the client to present Multi-Line’s proposal last July. However, the process of closing the deal was not easy, and he knew he had to work hard to gain the client’s trust. “Ang struggle ko dito is mayroon silang existing supplier na matagal na at maganda ang relationship nila with them. To beat them, talagang need ko ipakita na mayroon tayong magandang service. So I convinced them to try us dahil may lower price at very good service tayo,” he said.

When asked how he managed to convince the client to choose MBI, Victor shared, “I showed sincerity to help them by responding immediately to their queries and concerns.”

Through his persistence, consistent follow-ups, and commitment to customer service, Victor was able to successfully secure the project for MBI. Mobilization is set to begin by the end of October 2025, and the project implementation will be handled by Project Engineer Anthony Pedro, Project Manager Ryan Deo Sogocio, and Operations Manager Remelia Firme.

This success was also made possible through the efforts of Systems Design Engineer Robert Roxas, Engineering Supervisor Mark Angelo Llamado, Engineering Manager Allan De Mesa, and his immediate head, Sales Manager Jason Pascual.

Congratulations, everyone, on this well-deserved win and for contributing another milestone to Multi-Line’s growing list of government projects!
