Living the Multi-Line values: A reflection by Chief Accountant Benjo Nedic
By Francis Kenneth Billones

Benjo Nedic, chief accountant of Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI), has been with the company since March 2024. In his time with the company, he has come to deeply appreciate its culture of excellence and continuous learning—values that were further strengthened when he attended the Enculturation Seminar held on November 12–15, 2024.
“My key takeaway from the seminar is the importance of aligning myself with the company’s core values and mission and living them out in my daily work,” Benjo shared. “It also reminded me of how important it is to work well with others—to be open, respectful, and collaborative. As Sir AOA always says, ‘Laging magtatanong’—we should always ask, ‘Is there anything better?’”
Benjo also reflected on how the seminar influenced his leadership approach. “Whenever my staff makes mistakes, I try to see what I could have done better as a leader. From there, we both learn, and I make sure to share what I know to help them improve,” he said.
For Benjo, the Enculturation Seminar is more than just a company activity—it’s a reminder that everyone in Multi-Line is part of one team with shared goals and values. “By living out these values, we build stronger teamwork, better communication, and a more positive workplace where everyone can grow together. This is the legacy of Sir AOA and the Multi-Line mantra: ‘Problema, Ambisyon, Bisyon, Sakripisyon at Komisyon.’”
