Rising beyond limits: MBI opens its first Quarterly Awarding Ceremony

Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI) marked a significant milestone with the inaugural run of its Quarterly Awarding Ceremony held on October 3, 2025, at the Calderon Car Park. Carrying the theme Rising Beyond Limits: Emphasizing Growth and Pushing Boundaries, the event celebrated the first wave of achievers whose efforts are setting the tone for this year’s performance journey.
This marks the beginning of a year-long performance-based contest running from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. The program aims to reward outstanding individual and group achievements while unifying efforts toward the company’s revenue targets. Sales engineers, project engineers, project managers, and operations managers were the first to be recognized, under the program’s competitive structure. Below are the winners for each category.
The Sales Division saw strong performances from both veteran and emerging team members:
- Highest Closed Contract (South): Jonathan Jurada – Sales Engineer
- Highest Sales Target (South): Jason Pascual – Sales Manager
- Highest Closed SOM (Gecko): Nathaniel Oliva – Sales Engineer
- Highest Closed SOM (DSPPA): Jonathan Jurada
- Highest Closed SOM (FDAS): Jonathan Jurada
