As EverFirst continues to expand its presence across Luzon, it also takes pride in promoting deserving employees who are committed to providing excellent service to customers.

Three long-time employees—Ferly Ann Guia (Batangas branch), Darrah Faye Mercado (Lipa branch), and Jonalyn Ogalesco (head office)—have stepped out of their comfort zones to take on new roles that will further develop their leadership skills and support their career growth.

All three began their journey as loan processors, where they learned the essentials of branch operations—from processing loans and handling collections to preparing reports, assisting clients, and coordinating with banks. With these valuable experiences, they are well-equipped to take on greater responsibilities and continue contributing to EverFirst’s growth and success.

Ferly Ann Guia joined EverFirst on March 29, 2022, and officially steps into her new role as branch head-OIC of Batangas effective October 1, 2025.  Her strong desire to grow her career and take on greater responsibilities after more than four years as a Loan Processor motivated her to embrace this new opportunity.

Darrah Faye Mercado started on March 9, 2020.  After over five years of dedication, she now embraces a new opportunity for growth as branch head-OIC of Lipa, effective October 1, 2025.

Jonalyn Ogalesco joined on November 11, 2019, and advances to her new role as approving officer at head office effective October 7, 2025.  According to her, “Aside from the chance to grow and take on new responsibilities,  I’m really motivated by the trust that the management has given me. I want to prove that I can live up to their expectations and make an even bigger contribution to the company.”

The company celebrates your well-deserved promotions and looks forward to seeing you shine in your new roles!
