Building better together: Multi-Line at PHILCONSTRUCT 2025

Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc. (MBI) and Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC) actively participated in the 36th Philippine International Construction Equipment, Building Materials, Interior & Exterior Products Exhibition and Technology Forum (PHILCONSTRUCT 2025), held from November 6 to 9, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City.

Together, they represented the Multi-Line Group in presenting each company’s products and solutions, highlighting MBI’s advanced building systems and MSC’s innovative architectural materials that support modern and sustainable construction.
MBI product highlights
MBI featured its building systems and auxiliary solutions that enhance safety, security, and connectivity, including:
- Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS)
- Earthquake Accelerograph
- LED Video Walls and Displays
- Access Control and Intrusion Systems
- Network and Wi-Fi Systems
Through live demonstrations, the team showed how these technologies support safer, smarter, and more efficient infrastructures.
MSC product highlights
MSC showcased its architectural products known for durability, functionality, and design flexibility, including:
- Roofing
- Aluminum Composite Panels
- WPC
- PVC
- SPC flooring
- Bamboo charcoal boards
- Flexible stone tiles
- Solid aluminum.
Visitors learned how these products contribute to long-term performance and aesthetic value in different building applications.
Booth activities and post-event plans
The Multi-Line booth featured mini games and special giveaways, such as limited edition mugs, planners, mini rulers, and tape measures which attracted attendees and created an engaging experience.
Visitors also received product demonstrations and technical consultations from MBI and MSC sales engineers.
Following PHILCONSTRUCT 2025, both teams plan to strengthen client engagements through post-event follow-ups, product demonstrations, and project proposals. In line with the Multi-Line mantra, “Is there anything better?”, the teams aim to improve future exhibitions by applying client feedback and exploring new technologies.
