Excellence in action: Jay-R Pelicano earns a 48/50 FDAS Evaluation score

Dedication, consistency, and commitment to quality best describe Multi-Line Service Systems, Inc. (MSSI) through the outstanding performance of Service Technician Mr. Jay-R Pelicano, who recently achieved a 48 out of 50 score in the 3rd Quarter FDAS Evaluation for the period January to December 2025.The evaluation was conducted by One Wilson Square Condominium, managed by Federal Property Management Corporation (FPMC).

The evaluation, led by Mr. Diego Velasco, the property manager, and Mr. Noe Roxas, the property engineer of FPMC, evaluated the contractor’s performance in key areas such as service accuracy, compliance with standards, timeliness, professionalism, and responsiveness to client concerns.

MSSI, through Mr. Pelicano, earned a “Highly Recommended” rating, the highest level of recognition in the Contractor/Vendor Performance Evaluation. The evaluation highlighted near-perfect scores in accuracy, on-time service delivery, client communication, and professional conduct, along with commendations for initiative, innovation, and cost-efficient solutions.

This recognition reflects not only Mr. Pelciano’s technical expertise but also MSSI’s dedication to upholding Multi-Line values of hard work, commitment, expertise, and high moral values.
