From Clerk to Supervisor: Gabriel Ferrer rises to lead Davao Warehouse

Mr. Gabriel Ferrer has been promoted as OIC warehouse supervisor of Davao, effective November 7, 2025.

Mr. Ferrer started at FMC on April 4, 2024, as a documentation clerk.  On August 1, 2025, he was transferred to WorldCraft Furniture and Fittings Corporation in the same position.

Mr. Ferrer earned a BS in Information Systems from the University of Caloocan City in 2020.  His previous work as a safety officer in a construction firm gave him experience in workplace safety and compliance. His employment with Multi-Line also exposed him to document processing, recordkeeping, and handling warehouse deliveries which helped him understand the warehouse operations.

When asked what motivated him to pursue the new role, Mr. Ferrer shared:

“During the time na na-assign ako as temporary OIC for almost two months, nakita ko na may mga dapat pang i-improve sa kabuoang warehouse operation — mga kailangang resolbahin na problema at mga dapat i-implement na procedures.  Doon ako nagkaroon ng ambisyon na i-grab ang posisyon, at confident ako na magagawa ko ang trabaho.”

Mr. Ferrer’s motivation is aligned with the Enculturation principle of continuously asking, “Is there anything better?”—a mindset that encourages constant improvement.

Mr. Ferrer is expected to help improve warehouse operations in Davao in the coming months. Congratulations!
