Technical training in Bangkok advances BMS expertise of MBI

A successful four-day Technical Seminar and Sales Training was held by Delta Controls in Jasmine City, Bangkok, Thailand, from November 26 to 29, 2025.

Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc.’s attending team included Engineering Manager Engr. Allan De Mesa, Engineering Supervisor Engr. Louie Jon Antuine, Engineering Supervisor Mr. Mark Angelo Llamado, and Commissioning Engineer Mr. Joemar Buenaventura.

The seminar focused on several key areas below:

• Global Expansion: Delta Controls emphasized strengthening its worldwide presence through new partnerships and broader market reach
• Latest Technology: The training covered new features, better performance, and updated controller technologies for Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Security: Attendees learned about Delta’s enhanced security architecture and advanced networking, making solutions more competitive and aligned with current cybersecurity needs.
• Market Advantage: These improved features and integration capabilities confirm Delta Controls as a strong and saleable BMS solution in the current market.
• Expanded Scope: Delta is continuously broadening its BMS applications, which now include more building systems, IoT integration, cloud connectivity, and AI-driven automation.

In an interview, Engr. De Mesa shared that the training updated the team on the latest BMS technologies, software, security features, and integration platforms. He added that this knowledge will help Multi-Line create smarter, more cost-efficient BMS designs, improve workflow, and deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality solutions to clients.
