Last January 21, 2025, Carlo Angelo Ramos was promoted from branch head of Sta. Maria Branch to area supervisor of Area 2 District 5. He handles branches in southern part of Manila and Cavite. With his strong competitive spirit, Carlo has continuously excelled in every role he has taken on since joining EverFirst in 2017. His journey from loan processor to branch head across multiple branches – Balagtas, Paso De Blas and Sta. Maria has prepared him well for this promotion.

According to Carlo, his competitiveness, leadership, and ability to earn the respect of his team made him stand out. While he is known for being strict at work, he believes in leading his team by example, providing them with support, training, and motivation to help them reach their full potential.

Carlo is excited to step into his new role, acknowledging both the responsibilities and opportunities that come with it. His primary goals include increasing active clients, improving branch performance, and developing his team’s skills and productivity. He is committed to ensuring that best practices and strategies he applied through the years are shared openly among his current branches.

Carlo also recognizes the challenges of transitioning to an area supervisor role but is eager to succeed and enjoy the journey with the guidance from other area supervisors, his District Manager Kayneth Joy Vigare, Sector Operations Manager Krizia Oliva and General Manager Charito Geguiera.
