Kayneth Joy Vigare’s dedication and leadership earned her a well-deserved promotion as the new district manager (DM) of District 5. Joy is promoted from being an area supervisor for eight years to a district manager last December 16, 2024.

Among eight applicants, Joy was chosen for the promotion, attributed to her deep familiarity with the people in District 5 as their former area supervisor. Her expertise in monitoring sales performance and contest standings made her stand out, as well as her ability to adapt to new technologies. She also embraces continuous learning and swift decision-making.

While her new role excites her, Joy acknowledges the challenges of overseeing more branches but she is fully committed to supporting her district. Her goals include meeting revenue targets by improving the processes of branches’ daily operations and ensuring the people are well equipped to serve clients. She also prioritizes improving collection efficiency by working closely with area supervisors and branch heads to prevent past-due accounts.

Her leadership philosophy is built on good communication and being an inspiration to her subordinates. She expects cooperation and accountability from her team, ensuring everyone contributes to the district’s progress.

Outside of work, Joy enjoys sketching and drawing, a passion that once led her to dream of becoming an architect. However, she found her true calling for leadership in EverFirst.

Without a doubt, District 5 is certain for continued success, with DM Vigare leading the team.
