Ms. Fauline Go has been promoted to HR supervisor of EverFirst Loans Corporation (EF), effective February 3, 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela in 2016.

Fauline first joined EF on October 9, 2017, before pursuing opportunities elsewhere in July 2022. However, her journey eventually led her back to the company on May 29, 2023, where she continued to grow and excel.

With her transition from HR assistant to HR supervisor, Fauline took on a greater responsibility in guiding and supporting her team. While some of her duties remain the same, she emphasized the importance of leadership, accountability, and decision-making that comes with her new position.

“In my first weeks as HR supervisor, my duties remained the same just like when I was an HR assistant but there is now greater responsibility attached to it. I assist my teammates on their tasks and gives guidance if they have queries,”  Fauline shared.

When asked about the biggest difference between her previous role and her new position, she stressed the need to develop essential leadership values. “I continue to perform the same duties, however, with an added emphasis on accountability. In this new position, I need to develop the values that a leader should have, particularly in communication and decision-making.”

Beyond her responsibilities, Fauline finds joy in working with her colleagues, highlighting the strong teamwork within the HR department. “First, I enjoy working with my colleagues. I can collaborate with them comfortably, as we share the same goal of serving our customers better, faster, and at a less cost. Additionally, I feel happy every time our department is able to assist our co-employees with their HR-related concerns.”

With her positive outlook and commitment to growth, Fauline is set to make a meaningful impact in her new role as HR supervisor, just as she did in Scriptum as one of its pioneer writers.
